There are companies that are presenting the social media ROI already. Here at Klurig Analytics, we developed a Social Media ROI application about a year ago. Customers of the ROI application includes both agencies and in-house social media groups.

We define up to 18 different types of social media return channels that in aggregate defines the total monthly social media return.

So, in comment to your article, there are smaller companies already producing real application for the not-any-longer elusive social media ROI.

Let me know if you would like a demo of our product.

I thought this was a particularly good one, Tarik, largely because it appeals to me (I hate all the money I spend on cable TV and we never watch the vast majority of programming) and partly because it just was particularly good. Are you getting much response to Onward!?

Tarik,
Great post! In theory people are resistant to advertising but in reality, it is part of our lives that many appreciate and enjoy. I'm thrilled that you see the value of the Adhesion mobile placement for both advertisers and consumers. Our goal is to find a way to best utilize the small screen to deliver value and engagement to advertisers while not compromising the user experience. Providing consumers with the ability to close or interact with the ad puts them in control. Thanks for the feedback and praise for Adhesion.
